1. Refund Eligibility
- We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The jewelry should be in the same condition as received, with all tags and protective materials intact.
- Refunds are not applicable on customized, discounted, or sale items.
2. Exchange Option
If you prefer, you can exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value (subject to availability). Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
3. Refund Process
- Contact our WhatsApp support or email us with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, the item must be securely returned via courier to our designated address (courier charges to be borne by the customer).
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund via bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Share clear pictures and details via WhatsApp, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Important Notes
- Refunds are not available on jewelry damaged due to customer handling.
- Any courier fees for return shipping are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
- Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) can only be exchanged, not refunded.
